2018 Weight Loss Journey | 1 Month Update. This month has been a roller coaster of emotions for me. I am back to give you an update on my weight loss journey. It’s not easy to juggle a full schedule and make time to lose weight and exercise. I barely managed to stay a float last month. I am proud of myself that I’ve made it this far and this month I will be able to do a lot more. I am looking forward to having more free time and to make more videos on what I’m doing to lose weight. It’s been hard to have an active appearance on social media because I think about posting stuff after the fact and don’t really want to stage any pics. My weight loss goal for February is to go completely off white starches (such as white flour flour and white potatoes), exercise more and incorporate strength training, and get more sleep.
