I suffered from Rhabdo in 2015 after doing a core workout that blew out my hip flexors and quads. I have been inactive since out of fear of suffering a relapse and sadly, have yet to find a good workout plan to follow to build strength and endurance safely. Are there any books, articles, or plans in existence to assist with rehabilitation and reconditioning?
