Hey guys! This is what I eat in a week to loose weight. These meals are super yummy and fairly easy to make! For my body to loose weight I have to consume 1200- 1300 daily, for a week (without working out). THIS ISN’T HOW I EAT EVERY DAY ONLY IF I WANT TO LOOSE A LITTLE WEIGHT.
