I believe more importantly then learning to eat the right foods and working out is fixing our mind set. Everything we do begins in us. This is something I learned with time. If you go in to any situation doubting yourself 9 times out of 10 you are going to fail. Our thoughts play a huge role in our success. This may sound cheesy or cliche, but you must believe you can do it before you can achieve it. This isn’t my first time that I attempted to lose the weight, I won’t lie I have lost count how many times I’ve tried. But the difference now is I have my head on straight. My mind set is on a whole another level that it was in the past.
Now the changes won’t happen over night, it’s going to take Time to build up that mind set. It took me 2 years to get me where I am today and I still have a long way to go. I’m too far into my journey to turn back now so the only way to go is forward. Work hard, stay consistent, and be patient. The 3 keys to success
