TGO l Beast Chow: Weight Loss Protein Chili Recipe


Gettin’ some protein in on this edition of Tex Grebner Outdoors! I don’t have any use for supplements because I get what I need with whole foods and this protein chili recipe provides the ideal building blocks for balancing the fat and carbs in a nutritional, fitness diet.

2 cans of pinto beans
1 quart unsalted beef stock
4 cans diced tomatoes
1 can jalapenos
4 raw, chopped onions
2 lb your choice of beef

– Soak the pinto beans overnight (4-12 hours)

– Mix the beans, beef stock, diced tomatoes, and jalapenos in a bowl
– Drain beef stock from mixture into the bottom of a crock pot
– Pour mixture into the crock pot and add the onions & beef
– Cook overnight (12-24 hours)

By the time it’s ready, you have at least 7 days worth of what ends up looking like dog food but its dog food that’s high in proteins and fiber in small meal form. #Awoooo!
