Wheat Flour 1/2 Cup
Wheat Bran 1/4 Cup
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Pink Salt 1/4 tsp
Flaxseed Powder 1/4 tsp
Water as You Required
Step 1: Take a large bowl and add Wheat Flour, Wheat Bran, Cumin, Pink Salt, Flaxseed Powder and mix it well and now knead it with water and then cover it and rest it for 10 minutes.
Step 2: After that make desirable size balls for rolling the Roti and then dust dry Wheat flour on the kitchen slab and then rolling the Roti and put on the tawa/pan and Cook it from both sides on medium flame. Your Weight Loss Roti is ready.
